📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive websites that meet client specifications and enhance user experience • Build, maintain, and update the public website, student portal, and student support pages on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Digital Experiences • Keep site content aligned with the approved Academic Catalog and program, admissions, and enrollment changes • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, custom pages, templates, and branding within Experience Cloud • Audit, remediate, and document Section 508 and WCAG conformance across public and student-facing pages • Implement responsive layouts for low-bandwidth student environments • Configure and maintain web analytics, including Digital Analytics Program (DAP) tracking, and report on site performance and engagement • Support marketing and communications campaigns through landing pages, forms, campaign email templates, and subscription management • Build and expand Tier 0 self-service content, including knowledge articles, FAQs, self-help content, and chatbot-supported pages • Support the Education Cloud migration by updating and revalidating web components, forms, and portal pages against the new data model • Manage web content and code through sandboxes to Production on a three-week release cadence, including testing and documentation • Partner with Salesforce, data, and student support teams on portal features involving student records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 3+ years designing and developing websites or web applications • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Demonstrated experience building accessible web content to Section 508 or WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including testing and remediation • Experience with responsive design and performance optimization for low-bandwidth conditions • Experience with a content management system or web publishing platform • Experience with web analytics implementation and reporting • Ability to move web content and code through a staged environment path to Production • Experience working in an Agile team using Jira or comparable tooling • Demonstrated track record of automating manual processes • Camera on and video required throughout the interview process and expected for standups, sprint ceremonies, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings • Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation • USA citizenship required • Preferred: Salesforce Experience Cloud or Digital Experiences development experience • Preferred: Lightning Web Components or willingness to learn quickly • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder • Preferred: Higher education web experience, particularly student portals, admissions funnels, or academic catalogs • Preferred: React, Angular, or Vue experience • Preferred: Accessibility tooling such as axe, WAVE, JAWS, or NVDA • Preferred: Digital Analytics Program (DAP), Google Analytics, or comparable platforms • Preferred: Marketing automation and campaign email template development • Preferred: Git and version-controlled deployment workflows • Preferred: Prior federal contract experience
