📋 Description

• Own the deepgram.com codebase end to end, including the Next.js front and back end, GitHub repository, branching, CI/CD, and code review • Optimize and maintain Sanity CMS architecture, schemas, reusable modules, staging and production environments, and publishing workflow • Run the global design system, component library, Vercel platform, and AI integrations • Build and run a scalable QA program and maintain a launch-ready staging environment • Lead internationalization and localization efforts, including locale URLs, routing, hreflang, and localized content workflows • Own technical SEO, including site architecture, redirects, and Core Web Vitals • Ensure LLM discoverability through structured data, metadata, and content architecture • Develop technical infrastructure for the site's experimentation program • Partner with Marketing Operations on forms, gated content, and attribution instrumentation using GTM, GA4, and HubSpot • Maintain cybersecurity posture and run routine safety audits across dependencies and scripts • Ship complex site improvements and campaign pages in a product-driven environment • Use AI agents daily and create tooling for safe marketing publishing • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and external development partners • Report into the Senior Web Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Background in marketing web development and ownership of marketing sites • Enterprise repository ownership, including branching strategy, CI/CD, and code-review culture • Experience with headless CMS architecture; Next.js with Sanity strongly preferred • Experience with the modern React ecosystem • Experience using Vercel as a production platform • Ability to demonstrate concrete use of AI agents and tooling in development workflows • High level of ownership and accountability • Technical leadership, including directing or reviewing agency developers • Prior internationalization/localization experience, including URL architecture, locale routing, and multi-region infrastructure • Familiarity with A/B testing on production marketing sites • Interest in voice AI and voice-interactive web experiences • Comfort adopting new AI models and modes, integrating AI into workflows, experimenting, adapting, and learning continuously
