📋 Description

• Serve as a field-based extension of Medical Affairs • Ensure compliant communication and education on the company’s marketed and emerging product portfolio • Develop and maintain professional relationships with prominent healthcare professionals and key decision makers • Engage in scientific exchanges and strategic discussions regarding medical/clinical and HEOR data • Conduct scientific exchange with prioritized stakeholders, including KOLs, COEs, HCPs, patient advocacy groups, and societies • Support medical strategies and establish a respected company presence in the neuroscience medical community • Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders • Develop understanding of regional healthcare systems and clinical practices • Provide scientific and clinical education and training on products, disease states, burden of illness, and diagnostic scales • Support interactions with investigators and potential investigators for ongoing and planned clinical trials • Support evaluation of Investigator Initiated Research proposals • Participate in development of customer-centric tactical medical engagement plans • Contribute to regional medical engagement plans for scientific exchange • Assess new and existing stakeholders to identify appropriate healthcare professionals • Collaborate with field-based Medical colleagues, Commercial colleagues, and other organizational teams to provide scientific expertise and share Medical insights

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (i.e., MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, etc.) with minimum 3 years relevant clinical or therapeutic experience REQUIRED • Minimum 1 year MSL experience with primary emphasis on field based scientific exchange • Strong broad-based scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge • Excellent presentation and teaching skills • Excellent level of experience and confidence speaking about drug information/disease state treatment • Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment and appreciation for Commercial Operations, including Marketing and Sales strategies • Ability to influence without direct authority • Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record REQUIRED • Experience with pre-launch pharmaceutical activities • Experience in Central Nervous System (CNS) or Pain therapeutic area • Must live within the Texas and large South Central U.S. territory • Ability to travel by car and air up to 70%
