📋 Description

• Facilitate product roadmap development and ongoing refreshes • Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog • Deliver secure, modern device management capabilities • Align roadmap priorities with Security, Endpoint Engineering, Identity, Infrastructure, and business teams • Convert user needs, organizational goals, and compliance requirements into clear product stories • Conduct daily huddles and participate in Agile ceremonies • Guide sprint planning and delivery • Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities • Maintain and refine visual management tools to communicate progress and priorities • Ensure product capabilities align with business needs and expected outcomes • Drive iteration-based delivery and ship incremental value regularly

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment • Experience supporting or delivering work related to Windows OS, macOS, or MDM platforms • Familiarity with endpoint management, device configuration, and AI platform tooling • Ability to translate business needs into technical work • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence decisions • Creative approach to solving user experience and operational challenges • Experience with multi-platform endpoint management (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android) is a bonus • Prior experience working with security or identity engineering teams is a bonus • Background in End User Services or modern workplace technologies is a bonus • Knowledge of device compliance, access policies, or zero-trust principles is a bonus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Agile or Product Owner certifications are helpful but not required • Authorized to work in the United States
