📋 Description

• Help clients identify where AI can create measurable value • Shape pragmatic AI roadmaps and lead delivery of practical, scalable solutions • Support AI enablement across TriVista’s operations to improve productivity, knowledge management, and service delivery • Support development and refinement of AI offerings, delivery models, reusable assets, and go-to-market materials • Contribute to business development through scoping, solution development, proposals, and client discussions • Contribute thought leadership on AI trends, business applications, and adoption strategies • Advise clients on AI strategy, prioritized use cases, operating models, and activation roadmaps • Lead client conversations and working sessions connecting AI opportunities to business objectives, risks, and measurable outcomes • Define high-value use cases and guide clients from strategy through implementation planning • Support TriVista’s two-day AI Workshop, including use-case discovery, prioritization, rapid solution development, and functioning proofs of concept • Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with client needs • Apply AI solution delivery, governance, and quality-assurance best practices • Coordinate internal, client, and third-party technical resources • Support scoping, sizing, and estimation of AI initiatives • Develop and maintain TriVista tools, templates, and methodologies • Execute internal projects that build firm capability • Identify and implement AI solutions improving internal efficiency, knowledge management, and service delivery • Develop internal AI tools, standards, and enablement programs • Support firm-wide AI adoption through enablement, documentation, and hands-on implementation • Maintain regular communication with private equity investors, boards of directors, and corporate executive teams • Undertake up to 75% domestic and international travel • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, consulting, product development, startups, data, analytics, or AI • At least 2+ years in AI, ML, advanced analytics, or closely related work • Demonstrated experience shaping AI strategies, leading implementations, or delivering applied data science solutions • Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and business value creation • Experience with LLMs, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), modern AI solution architectures, and enterprise data environments • Familiarity with predictive AI pipelines, MLOps concepts, and productionizing AI solutions in business settings • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and technical resources • Strong communication and presentation skills, including translating complex technical concepts for executive and nontechnical audiences • Experience scoping, estimating, and structuring AI work at strategic and project levels • Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Ability to collaborate across traditional business functions and understand business process impacts • Self-motivated with high initiative and drive • Excellent client engagement, presentation, and written communication skills • Passionate attention to detail and accuracy • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Four-year degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, including startup or entrepreneurial experience, and/or combination of education and relevant experience • Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification or ability to obtain once employed • Ability and willingness to undertake up to 75% travel domestically and internationally • Background in management consulting, a startup or venture-backed company, or another highly client-facing environment preferred • Experience contributing to new capabilities, service offerings, or consulting methodologies preferred • Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, Glean, or comparable platforms preferred • Experience rapidly translating business use cases into prototypes or proofs of concept preferred • Other analytical and data visualization tools such as R and Tableau are beneficial • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
