📋 Description

• Own long-range, annual, quarterly, and rolling planning processes • Maintain a driver-based consolidated forecast covering the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, revenue, and operating investments • Translate company priorities into an integrated financial and operating plan with resource-allocation and spending guardrails • Own and evolve Pigment as the core financial planning and performance-management platform • Design and run the company-wide financial operating cadence, including monthly business reviews, budget-versus-actual analysis, rolling forecasts, annual planning, budget-owner reviews, period bridges, and follow-through • Assess company performance, identify material drivers and implications, and translate insights into decisions and actions • Produce executive and board narratives • Lead Corporate FP&A work in financing processes, including projections, scenario analysis, investor materials, diligence, and data-room readiness • Use AI and automation to improve reconciliation, planning, reporting, forecasting, scenario analysis, insight generation, and recurring workflows with appropriate controls • Define the long-term roadmap for Corporate FP&A processes, systems, standards, and team structure • Lead a lean Corporate FP&A function while personally owning high-leverage work • Partner with the VP of Finance, executive team, Finance, and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Corporate FP&A or a similar company-wide planning role at a high-growth technology company • Independently owned budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and the broader financial operating cadence • Experience identifying performance metrics, leading indicators, risks, and value-creation opportunities and translating them into action • Experience building functions, developing people, or creating leverage through standards, systems, and coaching • Hands-on experience owning and improving a modern enterprise planning system, including model design, data flows, governance, workflows, scalability, and adoption • Direct Pigment experience highly valued but not required; deep ownership of Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or a comparable system accepted as a strong foundation • Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, integrated financial modeling, and strong understanding of GAAP financial statements • Experience owning board reporting and supporting fundraising, financial diligence, or other high-stakes corporate processes • Ability to move between company-level strategic questions and details of models, forecasts, variances, and planning-system workflows • Applied AI fluency demonstrated through use of AI for modeling, data reconciliation, analysis, reporting, scenario planning, or recurring workflows while maintaining appropriate controls • Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment with ambiguity, candid feedback, and continuous improvement
