📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing the preparation of financial statements • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards • Monitoring and analyzing financial data • Performing journal entries and managing fixed assets • Preparing financial reports • Collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records and provide insights for strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in using accounting software and tools • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Business or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of month-end close accrual process • Experience in analyzing financial data and creating financial charts and graphs • Experience in conducting account reconciliations of A/P, bank and credit cards • Experience in processing A/P of at least 50 invoices per week • Experience in preparing financial statements and performing journal entries • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
