📋 Description

• Deliver trainings to small and medium-sized clients on a variety of products and offerings • Communicate with clients to discuss and determine training needs • Develop understanding around clients' plans and partner with clients to review training plans • Provide input into the development of customized events when needed • Work with more senior professionals to develop plan presentations • Complete client follow-up activities and use tools to measure learning success • Receive and share client feedback to improve the user learning experience • Resolve basic issues with appropriate internal functions or clients and escalate complex issues or customized training requests • Participate in and perform product demonstrations • Engage in cross-training with the client education team on retirement products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 2+ years of total relevant work experience • Strong presentation skills • Bilingual - Spanish Speaking • FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role
