📋 Description

• Develop new sales opportunities • Manage existing client relationships • Provide risk management solutions tailored to clients of all sizes • Build and generate a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts • Present customized insurance solutions, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients • Act as a trusted advisor for clients' personal and family insurance needs • Keep clients informed about market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes • Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities • Work as part of a successful sales team supported by a dedicated service team

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty License • Experience in personal lines insurance sales • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment • Ability to effectively prioritize risks and manage concurrent workflow • Excellent interpersonal skills • Listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage • Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace • Strong sales acumen • Experience with AMS 360
