📋 Description

• Produce new commercial lines insurance business • Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Utilize Trucordia sales and marketing tools for cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business • Act as a subject matter expert in a chosen area of focus • Continually manage a book of business to support high renewal rates • Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts • Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform • Build pipeline on Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License • 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study • 2-5 years in an insurance sales role • Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce • Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication
