📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking adoption, feature usage, retention and other product health metrics • Answer ad hoc questions from product managers and leadership with clear, well-sourced analysis • Collect, tag and synthesize feedback from support tickets, sales calls, surveys and in-app channels • Turn recurring customer feedback themes into evidence for product prioritization • Run quarterly planning, roadmap reviews and OKR tracking • Keep the roadmap and backlog accurate and visible to stakeholders • Manage release checklists, readiness reviews and internal launch communications • Improve product tools such as Jira, Confluence and the product analytics platform • Document workflows, set standards and automate repetitive manual work • Help define launch success metrics and report on results • Support in-app surveys, onboarding flows and A/B tests • Write release notes, product updates and monthly reports • Learn the product, customers and planning and shipping processes • Audit dashboards, tools and processes and meet partners across engineering, customer success, sales and support • Own the core product metrics dashboard and reporting cadence • Run a full launch or planning cycle end to end • Deliver customer feedback synthesis that shapes quarterly priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in product operations • Hands-on experience with a BI or product analytics tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Pendo or Userpilot • Working knowledge of agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence • Clear writing and speaking, including the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences • Strong organization and the ability to run several projects at once without dropping details • Ability to identify repeated manual work and improve it
