📋 Description

• Serve as technical expert during client onboarding • Architect, test, and deploy custom data integrations for unique client requirements • Partner with the Implementations team to evaluate client data, define technical scope, estimate effort, and establish delivery timelines • Write robust, scalable, and secure code following internal best practices and quality standards • Design integrations for operational efficiency and ensure seamless technical handover • Create processes for post-go-live maintenance and support • Identify common integration patterns and build reusable scripts, tools, and templates • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks • Act as technical escalation point for integrations • Resolve complex production issues involving custom solutions • Deliver bespoke technical solutions within the Client Experience organization and Implementations team • Streamline downstream operations processes after client go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a highly technical role, such as Integrations Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant • Expert-level proficiency in Python • Strong experience with Golang or similar compiled languages • Working knowledge of Java • Mastery of SQL • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases • Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing 3rd-party API integrations • Proven experience with cloud-based technologies, advanced scripting, and automation • Experience designing, implementing, or administering Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions • Deep understanding of industry best practices regarding system architecture, data security, and API design • Proven track record designing, building, and delivering complex technical enterprise solutions aligned with broader business goals • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience • BS in Computer Science or similar technical discipline strongly preferred
