📋 Description

• Install, configure, demonstrate, and troubleshoot Wavetronix products • Build customer relationships and provide technical support in the field and remotely • Deliver technical training and presentations to customers • Conduct site surveys and review project plans to recommend solutions • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective resolutions • Document activities, maintain trip reports, and track projects in CRM • Collaborate across teams and share knowledge throughout the organization • Adapt to changing schedules and travel throughout assigned territories • Participate in ongoing professional development and training • Learn intersection and controller cabinet basic operation • Perform at least five solo technical customer visits within 12 months

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively • Customer-focused with strong technical troubleshooting skills • Technical degree (EE, EET, or related field) or ITS/traffic industry certifications preferred • Approximately 50% travel throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and travel as needed throughout assigned territories • Ability to install, configure, demonstrate, troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment • Ability to use mobile tools and applications • Ability to understand and communicate technical procedures and processes to customers • Ability to comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations • Candidates located in or near Massachusetts strongly preferred
