📋 Description

• Independently manage a high-impact portfolio of key enterprise clients • Partner with Sales to uncover expansion opportunities, expand volume, and hit revenue goals • Translate complex performance metrics into strategic narratives during regular Business Reviews • Partner with Analytics to optimize multi-channel outreach strategies across email, SMS, and voice • Serve as the strategic voice of the client internally • Funnel operational feedback and priorities to Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap • Act as the chief point of escalation for complex client issues • Build proactive risk frameworks and executive-level dashboards to track client satisfaction • Guide enterprise partners through the transition to digital-first collections and performance tuning • Mentor junior Client Management team members • Collaborate cross-functionally across operations to align internal priorities with client success

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience across Operations, Client Management, Default Management, Risk, or Strategy within debt collection or financial services • Ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights and strategic client recommendations • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder business transformations and influencing outcomes without direct authority • Strong interpersonal skills • Steady professional temperament • “Think-like-an-owner” mindset • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment • Ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information while working outside a company office
