📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to health insurance claims, clients, drugs, and members • Identify trends and insights that inform business decisions • Perform data wrangling • Build and maintain company data and analytics dashboards • Build Power BI dashboards • Perform analyses supporting business decisions, identifying opportunities, and guiding new programs and initiatives • Create custom reports and data extracts for client, compliance, and internal business needs • Develop and enhance data solutions, including simple SQL views, tables, and reporting assets • Build and maintain process documentation, reporting standards, and team knowledge resources • Troubleshoot complex data issues • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities within the data warehouse • Collaborate across departments with team members, business partners, and leadership • Perform quality assurance reviews of reports, analyses, and data deliverables • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and streamline reporting and analytics processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or related role; or a Master’s degree in a related field • Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex queries and perform data analysis • Experience with Power BI/Tableau, Azure AAS, or similar reporting and analytics tools • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data troubleshooting skills • Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong quality assurance, data validation, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and analytical workflows • Alignment with TrueScripts' core values of Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Service • Positive, proactive “can do” attitude • Honesty and transparency • Ability to work a flexible “8-5” 40 to 45-hour workweek • Understanding and adherence to Confidentiality and Personal Health Information (PHI) Guidelines • Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, and type for up to eight hours in a workday
