📋 Description

• Lead application development teams engineering rapid prototypes and enterprise systems • Schedule, manage, and conduct customer-facing Agile ceremonies • Manage and maintain the team’s project board • Author and organize project artifacts • Work cross-functionally to influence stakeholders • Control project resources, costs, risks, and schedule • Lead projects advancing the digital transformation of critical government systems • Collaborate, provide feedback, iterate, and apply Agile and DevSecOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of technical product or project management experience • DoD Secret clearance or higher • Demonstrated experience successfully launching at least two products with cross-functional dependencies, either as an engineer or project manager • Experience managing an Agile team using a ticket management system such as Azure DevOps or Jira • Clear communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge and experience managing the software development lifecycle (preferred) • Active project or IT management certification, such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or Scrum Master (preferred) • Experience working with federal or other government customers (preferred)
