📋 Description

• Support planning and coordination across maturity assessment, architecture, engineering, automation, analytics, and implementation workstreams. • Maintain contractor action, risk, issue, dependency, and decision tracking and ensure owners and due dates are clear. • Coordinate internal quality reviews and readiness checks before deliverables are submitted for Government review. • Support staffing, workload balancing, meeting preparation, status reporting, and escalation of delivery constraints. • Track Government comments and coordinate timely disposition of in-scope feedback within the deliverable review cycle. • Support transition planning, knowledge continuity, and consistent execution practices across the contractor team. • Assist the Technical Project Lead with delivery governance, resource coordination, quality reviews, stakeholder engagement, and resolution of cross-workstream issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. • Five or more years of program or project delivery experience in Federal IT or cybersecurity environments. • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and customer-facing deliverables. • Experience with risk, issue, dependency, action, and quality management practices. • Strong written communication and organizational skills. • Experience with Zero Trust or cybersecurity modernization programs. (Preferred) • Experience supporting VA or another Federal civilian agency. (Preferred) • Familiarity with Agile delivery and technical governance. (Preferred) • One or more of the following certifications: PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or Security+. (Preferred)
