📋 Description

• Lead teams focused on company growth and client delivery • Employ structured project management and process methodologies to meet goals and targets • Communicate and execute against program and company objectives • Lead and resolve conflicts while meeting revenue and growth goals and ensuring quality • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Collaborate with stakeholders on changes to program scope, timeline, or budget • Translate client vision into project activities and drive successful outcomes • Shape client success outcomes and metrics • Advise clients on strategic vision and direction as a trusted partner • Identify issues and conflicts, problem-solve solutions, and turn barriers into opportunities • Negotiate outcomes and agreements benefiting the project and company • Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects • Working knowledge of Federal program execution • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects • US Citizenship or Green Card only; sponsorship is not offered • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Medical or recreational marijuana use may affect ability to obtain Public Trust
