📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of training and communication plans for assigned state and payer programs • Develop training and adoption plans, including program goals, scope, deliverables, and strategic alignment across the program lifecycle • Manage multiple projects, track progress, identify dependencies, resolve issues, and plan future training and outreach needs • Communicate program updates and manage expectations with senior leadership, team members, and clients • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and address issues affecting program success • Collaborate cross-functionally to build consensus and ensure smooth program execution • Design, track, analyze, and optimize adoption scorecards with assigned payers • Learn market nuances, product functionality, workflows, and best practices and convert complex concepts into digestible offerings • Work directly with providers as needed to ensure successful solution adoption • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years experience in training program development and management • Ability to lead and influence without authority and build consensus • Strong knowledge of instructional design, virtual classroom facilitation, and training effectiveness and outcomes measurement • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience training customers on software or technology • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex workflows • Data analysis and problem-solving abilities • Experience working in a high-growth, B2B SaaS company • Healthcare Tech experience preferred • Ability to simplify complex topics into digestible content • Excellent oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects • Flexibility, transparency, and team-oriented approach in a fast-growing environment • Strong people management skills and cross-functional delivery experience • Strong customer empathy and passion for revenue and growth • Willingness to travel 10–25%, including overnight travel
