📋 Description

• Lead stakeholder workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, improvement opportunities, and business rules • Translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items • Partner with development and business teams to refine requirements and support execution • Maintain traceability from requirements through delivery to measurable business outcomes • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, delivery commitments, dependencies, and intake prioritization • Execute and scale the Revenue Intelligence operating model, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization sessions, reviews, demonstrations, and release readiness • Standardize and improve delivery practices across Spend Optimization Services initiatives • Own execution tooling and delivery governance through Asana • Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, go-to-market launch readiness, and service lifecycle risks • Provide status updates, escalate blockers, and ensure cross-team alignment • Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools; align KPI definitions • Analyze performance trends, recommend improvement actions, and drive accountability • Develop internal communications for initiatives, releases, launches, and service lifecycle changes • Create executive updates, summaries, announcements, release notes, enablement materials, newsletters, and briefings • Improve transparency, awareness, adoption, and change reinforcement for new tools, processes, and capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles • Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders • Experience supporting application development or business intelligence teams • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution • Experience supporting service or product lifecycle management activities • Background in consulting, IT services, or transformation programs • Ability to travel up to 5–10% for industry conferences and SHI, partner, and customer events • Business analysis and requirements-gathering skills • Ability to create structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Program and project management skills for multiple concurrent initiatives • Process design and service lifecycle management capabilities • Knowledge of agile or iterative delivery methodologies • Go-to-market awareness, including enablement, pipeline tracking, launch coordination, and campaign execution • Strong analytical skills with KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics • Organizational communication, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to evaluate competing priorities and provide data-supported recommendations • Change management and organizational influence capabilities • Experience creating executive communications, stakeholder-facing summaries, enablement materials, and release communications • Experience using project delivery, collaboration, and reporting tools • Ability to identify continuous improvement and operational excellence opportunities • Preferred: Experience with Asana administration or advanced use • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
