📋 Description

• Support programs for strategic utility customers across a global manufacturing network • Develop working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners • Help manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain, and external partners • Provide status updates, track progress, and maintain visibility for teams and customers • Identify risks, opportunities, and roadblocks and develop mitigation plans • Support issue resolution from order entry through manufacturing, delivery, and closeout • Apply contract, claim, and change management practices to support customer commitments and business goals • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered • Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience • Demonstrated experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without employer sponsorship • Compliance with pre-employment background checks and applicable security screenings
