📋 Description

• Fulfill Miratech commitments to clients in a profitable way • Identify clients’ needs and demands and lead the up-sale process within existing engagements/frameworks • Set delivery focus according to business targets and priorities • Identify delivery risks and manage them to the proper level • Develop a subordinated team to the required level • Manage hiring by working with sourcing to pre-select, interview, hire, and onboard employees • Review finances for all projects under the program • Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals • Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance • Organize company programs and activities supporting the organization’s strategic direction • Create and manage long-term goals • Operate in a high-growth environment with changing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, department director, or equivalent experience • Experience managing 5+ projects in parallel with Project Managers and a total headcount of 50+ people • 3+ years managing enterprise-wide technology transformation and innovation • FinTech experience is a plus • Successful experience outsourcing development from the client-side or subcontractor side • Experience creating program-level status reports • Knowledge of risk/issue management • Methodical approach to resolving issues • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Customer-facing experience • Focus on Customer Success in Professional Service engagements • Experience managing remote/international project teams • Solid engineering background with hands-on technology delivery experience • Ability to understand commercial business needs and manage different stakeholders • Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities • Experience in FinTech and CX/Contact Center domains is nice to have
