📋 Description

• Establish and optimize projects, processes, and pipelines for visual touchpoints across premium live broadcasts • Drive organization, resourcing, and prioritization for live event graphics packages and studio design systems • Manage concurrent production schedules for multiple major events • Handle line-item project producing, track creative deliverables at artist level, and manage technology and production budgets • Establish workflows for technical playout requirements and real-time broadcast assets • Lead on-site graphics integration from remote production trucks, managing real-time changes and troubleshooting • Serve as operational liaison for internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders • Protect the design process by providing artists with time, space, and clear parameters • Travel monthly to US national and international live events, including holiday travel

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience overseeing creative production teams and partnering with design leadership in high-profile live sports or entertainment environments • Deep operational knowledge of traditional sports broadcasting, studio environments, and real-time graphics playout platforms • Proven experience managing tech pipelines, budgets, and contractual relationships with premium external partners • Experience executing major live events domestically and internationally • Expert communication skills for navigating matrixed corporate structures and delivering updates to stakeholders • Comfortable traveling to events and managing on-site production personnel • Deep technical knowledge of broadcast graphics in real-time remote environments • Familiarity with live remote trucks and studio control room workflows and terminology • Ability to manage complex creative budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocations • Ego-free leadership approach, openness to candid feedback, and ability to learn from misses
