📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery • Maintain customer relationships and resolve customer issues • Implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency and reduce program costs • Directly manage, develop, and support the service delivery team • Monitor and report key performance indicators to ensure program goals are met • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance • Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required • 9 years of related experience • Management experience in the Technology or Professional Services industry • Previous P&L responsibility • Prior experience in a customer service environment • Customer Success experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 60% • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Leadership ability • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Public speaking skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire • Visa sponsorship is not provided
