📋 Description

• Maintain integrated trackers for deliverables, milestones, implementation waves, dependencies, actions, decisions, and review comments • Support schedule analysis and identify potential delivery impacts caused by access, approvals, system readiness, test windows, or third-party dependencies • Prepare recurring status summaries and data calls using validated information from technical workstreams • Track deliverable submission, Government review periods, comment disposition, and acceptance status • Support quantitative analysis of implementation throughput, maturity assessment cadence, and artifact completion • Maintain organized repositories and traceability between SOW requirements, work products, and delivery status • Support implementation of security capabilities, evaluate technical solutions, maintain cybersecurity tools, and help operational teams translate security architecture into repeatable practices • Work closely with vulnerability management, incident response, RMF, and ISSO teams to support operational risk reduction and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Three or more years of program analysis, project coordination, or technical delivery support experience • Experience with schedule, risk, action, deliverable, and dependency tracking • Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and executive stakeholders • Experience supporting Federal cybersecurity programs • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools • Familiarity with Zero Trust or enterprise security modernization • CAPM, PMP, or Security+ preferred
