📋 Description

• Define program vision and create project plans • Guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from idea to deployment • Contribute to technical decisions and participate in design reviews • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with engineering standards • Identify and mitigate risks and manage dependencies • Communicate progress and blockers to senior management • Serve as liaison between technical teams, customers, and stakeholders • Solve technical and program-related problems and remove team roadblocks • Establish tools, technologies, and processes for program success • Coordinate collaboration across engineering, product, IT, QA, marketing, vendors, and senior leadership • Track program progress, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation • Generate reports for stakeholders and executive leadership • Implement Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience leading with technical expertise • Bachelor's degree • Familiarity with various project management methodologies • Experience in leadership roles, with or without direct reports • Ability to communicate clearly and openly • Ability to use precise language, avoid assumptions, and be transparent about intentions and progress • Ability to offer constructive feedback and be open to others' suggestions • Willingness to collaborate with others
