• Research, work, and appeal unpaid or unprocessed claims in a timely manner • Perform pediatric accounts receivable follow-up • Handle claims involving denials and appeals • Work with various insurance payers • Perform charge entry • Post insurance payments • Handle high-volume calls • Complete remote onboarding and training provided by Trusted Doctors
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Insurance A/R follow-up experience, including unpaid claims, denials, appeals, and working with various payers • Office Practicum (OP) EMR experience is required, with at least 1-2 years of experience using Office Practicum • Knowledge of charge entry and insurance payment posting • Experience handling high-volume calls • HIPAA-compliant workspace is required • Availability Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, 8:00 to 4:30 • Full-time availability
