<Trusted Results Therapy Group> Trusted Results Therapy Group is a multi-location mental health practice and nonprofit based in South Carolina that provides outpatient therapy, psychiatry and behavioral health services. They offer individual, family, couples, child and teen therapy, medication management, ADHD and autism testing, school-based services, rehabilitative behavioral health services (RBHS), and telehealth, with many insurance plans accepted including Medicaid. The practice emphasizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, and operates several offices across the state to improve access to mental health care.

📋 Description

• Receive and enter referrals from MedSender into Atlas • Upload referral and insurance eligibility verification into Atlas • Triage and tag service type: therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination • Manage specialty payer/contracts • Contact patients the same day to confirm service interest and verify insurance • Match patients with the appropriate provider based on insurance, location, and availability • Schedule appointments for mental health therapy and medication management services • Send intake forms the same day an appointment is scheduled • Notify referring providers upon receipt of referrals • Manage a three-attempt follow-up queue over eight days for patients who have not been reached • Discharge patients after three failed contact attempts and notify the referring practitioner • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field • 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role • Clinical literacy — familiarity with mental health service types and terminology • Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills • HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness • Experience with EHR • Must be a resident of South Carolina, Texas, Illinois, or Colorado • Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler (preferred) • Familiarity with insurance platforms and Dialpad (preferred) • Experience in a multi-department or multi-location practice (preferred) • Bilingual ability (preferred)
