📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional engineering squad • Line-manage a small team of engineers • Partner closely with Product and Design • Report to the VP of Engineering • Join the Engineering Leadership team • Shape engineering strategy and culture • Challenge roadmap assumptions • Ship lean experiments quickly and validate • Guide feasibility across frontend, backend, and mobile • Champion AI-augmented working

🎯 Requirements

• Two-plus years of genuine EM experience • Senior engineering background • B2C background, ideally in acquisition or growth • Ability to challenge code and push back on scope • Experience running lean experiments and framing trade-offs
