• Make high-volume outbound calls (75–125+ per day) • Prospect into targeted accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and field outreach • Identify and qualify decision-makers (GCs, project managers, ops leaders, etc.) • Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives • Build and manage a net-new pipeline within our ICP • Track all activity and pipeline in CRM • Work closely with AEs to convert opportunities into closed business • Continuously refine messaging and talk tracks based on what’s working
