• Sell TTM Technologies products and maintain relationships as the primary contact for assigned strategic global/international EMS partners • Expand and develop existing key accounts and pursue new business within those accounts • Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, annual sales, and controlled business • Provide indirect oversight and guidance to other sales employees • Collaborate with global management, Purchasing, Global Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Quoting Centers • Manage and develop key partner relationships and customer contacts • Participate in customer business reviews, negotiations, and daily customer support • Communicate customer initiatives, requests, requirements, comments, and action items to TTM management • Follow through on customer commitments and action items • Fulfill customer needs and resolve business issues • Follow up on open quotes and business opportunities across TTM’s product portfolio • Monitor TTM performance and work with site management to drive improvements • Prepare negotiation spreadsheets, conduct QBR research, and support related activities • Guide and support TTM sales teams at regional sites • Develop and present strategic growth plans and presentations • Provide solutions and guidance to TTM divisions globally • Provide monthly updates on controlled business • Approve customer rebates with the team • Support special projects and programs assigned by management • Manage customer information and opportunities in Dynamics CRM
• Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of experience in sales or equivalent combination of education and experience • A technical background is encouraged • International experience preferred • Exceptional communication skills and ability to read, write and understand the English language • Proven history of successful sales performance and customer service and support that exceeds expectations • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritization skills • Strong proficiency with Windows Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Dynamics CRM • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high volume of workload • Available for 25% to 50% travel and extended stays away from home • Knowledge of Printed Circuit and/or Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) processing and materials • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems • Working knowledge of industry certifications and requirements for different market segments • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 14001 standards preferred • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws • Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand access restrictions to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents • Must understand and follow authorization procedures for foreign visitors and export requirements for shipments leaving the US
