📋 Description

• Lead the team through the program management process and manage day-to-day program tasking • Meet customer requirements, cost goals, schedule targets, and program financial objectives • Develop and execute high-level plans for project and product cost targets • Report program progress, performance, staffing, resources, and financial results to management • Support market, product, technology, customer penetration, revenue growth, and profit objectives • Implement new product development and product/program production readiness • Lead or participate in project meetings and design reviews • Monitor project risks and incorporate mitigation and retirement activities into project plans • Ensure corrective actions, customer satisfaction, and product quality • Maintain accurate cost models, establish cost targets and management reserves, and meet margin objectives • Mentor, coach, guide, and train Project Management personnel • Lead, motivate, delegate to, and develop cross-functional program teams • Negotiate internal resources, priorities, customer specifications, and delivery requirements • Guide teams through complex issues, structured problem-solving, and root-cause analysis with Quality Engineering • Facilitate technical product reviews with Engineering/PEM • Provide customer reporting and status updates • Set customer management strategies and interface with customer personnel and internal business development • Lead the PMO portion of bids and proposals, including RFQ/RFP review, stakeholder coordination, risk and opportunity management, costing models, TINA/CAPA/CoPD analysis, and program artifact generation • Ensure compliance with safety, security, ISO, EEO, OSHA, Code of Ethics, export control, ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business • 10+ years’ relevant Program/Project Management experience • Customer service orientation • Effective written, oral, and presentation skills • Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration • PMI Certification preferred • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws • Ability to identify ITAR products and understand access restrictions to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents • Ability to recognize Foreign Person visitors and follow facility authorization procedures • Ability to understand export requirements for shipments leaving the US and manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services • Ability to manage complex programs integrating technologies, product variants, qualification execution, multiple customers, and/or multiple TTM facilities • Knowledge of project scheduling and planning tools, TTM Program Management processes, ISO-9002, and AS9100 requirements • Understanding of product operation, key performance parameters, manufacturing processes, and materials • Ability to facilitate technical reviews and understand engineering/product tradeoffs • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites • Ability to handle complex customer negotiations and bids/proposals
