⢠Drive succession readiness across assigned North America client groups ⢠Lead identification, assessment, and development of critical and high-potential talent through talent reviews and calibration sessions ⢠Partner with HRBPs on talent strategy, critical role planning, and workforce capability ⢠Build, monitor, and evolve succession readiness plans ⢠Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend evidence-based interventions ⢠Execute retention strategies, including stay interviews, flight-risk identification, and targeted interventions ⢠Connect critical and high-potential talent to stretch assignments, mobility opportunities, and cross-functional experiences ⢠Design and support targeted development programs with Learning & Development and HRBPs ⢠Produce bench strength, pipeline readiness, and talent health reports ⢠Ensure talent review action-plan follow-through and accountability for outcomes ⢠Lead, coach, and develop direct reports ⢠Translate Talent strategy into team priorities, operating plans, and measurable goals ⢠Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development conversations ⢠Hire, onboard, and integrate new team members ⢠Build trusted partnerships with HRBPs and senior HR stakeholders ⢠Communicate talent health, succession risk, and pipeline readiness through structured reporting ⢠Collaborate with Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and other COE partners ⢠Champion consistent use of talent management tools, frameworks, and processes
⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field ⢠8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in talent management, organizational development, or a closely related specialty ⢠Experience designing and facilitating talent reviews, succession planning processes, and HiPo identification and development programs ⢠Experience consulting with and influencing senior HR partners on talent strategy, critical role planning, and workforce capability ⢠Experience managing or leading HR teams, including setting goals, developing talent, and driving accountability ⢠Strong analytical skills and experience translating talent data and bench strength metrics into strategic recommendations ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Ability to work across time zones as needed ⢠Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements ⢠Preferred: Master's degree, MBA with HR concentration, or professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR ⢠Preferred: Experience in a global, matrixed organization, ideally manufacturing, technology, or defense/aerospace ⢠Preferred: Familiarity with psychometric and assessment tools ⢠Preferred: Experience building or scaling a talent management function or team ⢠Preferred: Proficiency with HRIS, talent management platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and data visualization tools
