📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in managing projects to quality standards and completing them efficiently and on time • Assist with construction-process tasks, weekly schedule milestone entry, and project schedule comments • Assist with proposals for new projects and variations to existing projects • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems • Ensure project information and data are shared and retained appropriately • Build relationships with clients and team members • Interface with executive management, project teams, consultants, and vendors • Coordinate project information flow among stakeholders • Attend meetings and maintain issues/actions logs • Transcribe meeting minutes and action items and drive items to closure • Develop detailed project plans and follow up on completion status and open items • Contribute to monthly client program reporting • Prepare project management reports, executive dashboards, and other reports • Manage submittal approvals, RFIs, change orders, meetings, punch lists, observation reports, commissioning, and close-out documentation • Assist with procurement of suppliers and resources • Monitor and assist with performance management techniques • Liaise with the client’s finance team to obtain, review, and report finance/cost data • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field is preferred • Minimum 3 years of applicable experience • Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic • Effective and collaborative team member • Exposure to project management software systems • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google tools • Strong communication skills • Ability to work remotely in the United States • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
