📋 Description

• Provide advanced administrative support to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate projects • Maintain direct accountability for project delivery • Prepare documentation, issue commitments, and produce reports • Manage smaller projects under the oversight of an experienced Project Manager or leader • Assist the Pre-Construction Manager with pre-construction activities • Support project administration, vendor management, and coordination • Track and report progress; log deliverables and identify or escalate readiness issues and variances • Facilitate vendor and project team communication • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and meetings • Prepare or initiate client funding requests and vendor proposals • Prepare and submit Scoping ARs • Prepare and enter initial project schedules • Receive AOR proposals and issue initial purchase orders • Collaborate on project team coordination and follow-up • Track and confirm agreements, legal requests, and key dates as the real estate point of contact • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience • PMP (US and/or Canada) preferred • LEED AP preferred • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Working understanding of MS Project helpful • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred • Ability to perform each duty satisfactorily • Must adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
