📋 Description

• Serve as the central engine for marketing operations • Maintain project timelines, align priorities, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines • Build, document, and refine scalable workflows, team structures, and project management architectures • Identify bottlenecks early, set expectations across departments, and drive follow-through • Oversee creative, marketing, and cross-functional deliverables from initial brief through final asset deployment • Build, structure, and maintain ClickUp, Notion, and Asana workspace architecture • Organize team communication and asset tracking • Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into actionable project plans and daily workflows • Manage projects across email and SMS, retention and lifecycle marketing, e-commerce, and brand initiatives • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and handoffs for campaigns and launches

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional organizational habits, relentless follow-through, and a proactive mindset • Demonstrated experience building operational frameworks, SOPs, and cross-functional team structures from scratch • Deep working knowledge of ClickUp, Notion, Asana, and Slack • Experience organizing complex asset libraries • Ability to set clear expectations, follow up consistently across teams, and drive projects independently • Exceptional written and verbal business communication skills • Strong understanding of email and SMS campaign production, retention and lifecycle workflows, e-commerce updates, and brand creative development • Ability to translate briefs into clear tasks, owners, deadlines, and approval processes • Nice to have: CPG or Beauty/Wellness industry experience • Nice to have: experience in a digital agency or high-growth DTC e-commerce environment • Updated CV or professional resume • Brief overview or list of project management systems, SOPs, or workflows personally built from scratch • Must be available for core daily working-hour overlap with US EST
