📋 Description

• Support project management for commercial real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Manage project facets including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk • Perform data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, and reporting • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Track project progress against goals, objectives, budgets, and timelines • Report project status and variances • Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Lead smaller projects as assigned • Lead third-party project delivery resources or teams and track performance • Apply standard project management principles and procedures to assigned tasks • Model CBRE RISE values and explain complex information clearly • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management, owner's representative, or commercial project management experience • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in Kahua required • Ability to understand existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment • Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mentality
