📋 Description

• Oversee the design of Post Facility Ready mechanical system upgrades and retrofits • Build design teams from internal stakeholders and external partners/providers • Facilitate creation of shared execution plans • Oversee design services provided by external design teams supporting construction activities • Identify stakeholders and strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria • Estimate task durations and align schedules and dependencies • Monitor and communicate progress and risks • Propose mitigation plans and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies • Measure and publish program and process metrics • Apply best practices from other processes and technologies • Organize ambiguous projects into longer-term objectives • Build and support effective program teams across the organization • Align timelines, goals, and deliverables across related projects and teams • Manage escalations and remove obstacles • Develop program communication plans and represent programs across touchpoints • Determine program phasing, metrics, governance structures, and data requirements • Maintain project trackers and status reports • Manage dependencies and define program charters, objectives, milestones, scope, timelines, OKRs, resources, risks, and dependencies • Lead stakeholder meetings and develop change management rollout plans • Create project plans with discrete phases, risks, dependencies, and constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering • Industrial or commercial HVAC experience • Experience in evaporative and air based process chilled water cooling systems preferred • Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and related technical areas • Knowledge of industry construction methods and techniques • Familiarity with mechanical cooling systems preferred • Experience in construction or operations of large commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, data centers, semiconductor facilities, or industrial processes preferred • Advanced planning and communication management skills • Proficiency in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management • Master's Degree and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
