📋 Description

• Own program execution for cancellations, reservations, and services initiatives; track milestones, surface risks, and drive resolution across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams • Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps, sequence work, and keep cross-team dependencies visible and unblocked • Drive delivery of cancellation policy systems, reservation management flows, customer service tooling, and related trust and support infrastructure • Run regular program cadences, including standups, cross-functional syncs, and stakeholder updates • Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks before they become blockers • Contribute to bi-annual product release planning by managing assigned workstreams through the full product lifecycle • Translate complex technical work into clear status communications for engineering directors and senior leadership • Work within a core engineering organization supporting an online marketplace's booking, change, cancellation, and service-delivery systems

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience • Track record of driving cross-functional software programs to completion • Experience working on consumer-facing product surfaces • Ability to understand and reason about technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations and multi-platform delivery (Web, iOS, Android) • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to lead through influence without direct authority • Comfort operating in ambiguity; able to create structure and keep programs moving • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex tradeoffs and present at the right level for any audience • Preferred: Experience with reservations, cancellation flows, customer service tooling, or trust and safety systems • Preferred: Experience with high-scale consumer platforms • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
