📋 Description

• Lead and optimize complex, ambiguous programs with significant organizational impact. • Balance near-term deliverables with long-term strategy. • Partner with leadership to drive collaboration across organizational boundaries. • Define and drive strategic programs and processes addressing significant cross-product challenges. • Drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale across wireless infrastructure workstreams. • Align senior leadership across multiple functions on differing objectives. • Build innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness. • Identify process breakdowns and respond dynamically to change. • Develop technical roadmaps and white papers with engineering stakeholders. • Influence technical decision-making using data-driven analysis. • Coach, mentor, and guide team members. • Establish program-management best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 7 years experience in a service provider or enterprise network. • Competency in several core and/or access networking concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ELINE/ELAN/EVPN, fiber optics, DWDM, transceivers, BMS, and AC/DC power systems. • 4 years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional, and high-impact programs. • Expertise in building and maintaining effective program teams and establishing best practices for continuous improvement. • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%. • Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. • Preferred: proficiency in highly scalable core and access networks. • Preferred: experience provisioning, operating, and troubleshooting Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia, or Ciena network equipment. • Preferred: knowledge of telecom electrical systems, including 120/208/240VAC, -48VDC, and PoE. • Preferred: experience with network space planning. • Preferred: experience influencing architectural and structural decisions. • Preferred: experience identifying systemic issues and translating them into transformational initiatives.
