📋 Description

• Lead and optimize complex, ambiguous programs with significant organizational impact. • Balance near-term deliverables with long-term strategy in rapidly evolving environments. • Define and drive strategic programs and processes with cross-product-area impact. • Drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale across infrastructure workstreams. • Partner with leadership across functions to align objectives and drive collaboration. • Build innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and respond to change. • Develop technical roadmaps and white papers with engineering stakeholders. • Coach, mentor, and guide team members while establishing program-management best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years experience in a service provider or enterprise network, with competency in several core and/or access networking concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ELINE/ELAN/EVPN, fiber optics, DWDM, transceivers, and AC/DC power systems. • 2 years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional, and high-impact programs. • Expertise in building and maintaining effective program teams and establishing best practices for continuous improvement. • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
