📋 Description

• Protect cloud-native SaaS software companies while balancing risk mitigation with hyper-growth business demands • Align security and compliance initiatives with strategic goals • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency • Measure tangible benefits derived from compliance efforts • Demonstrate compliance’s impact on performance, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction • Break down silos, optimize processes, and foster collaboration between security practices • Drive large-scale, multi-team programs across security, IT, and engineering from strategy through execution • Coordinate cross-functional leadership and technical owners across security, legal, engineering, and business teams • Develop and manage a unified security and compliance framework • Own end-to-end project and program governance, tracking risk, scope, and timelines • Surface blockers to leadership • Integrate external drivers and frameworks to streamline and automate efforts • Ensure controls align with Wiz business objectives • Assess and mitigate risks associated with industry frameworks • Monitor evolving customer expectations and adjust approaches • Drive continuous improvement by integrating realized events into the controls framework • Foster a culture of compliance across Wiz

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related Information Technology field, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of experience in Security, IT or Compliance • Proven understanding of the security and compliance landscape, including prevalent threats, SOX compliance frameworks, existing technologies and security architectures • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes • Technical project and program management track record in technology domains • Experience presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong leadership and strategic thinking • Ability to bridge technical aspects and business goals • Experience working within fast-paced, high-performance teams • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes • Proven creative problem-solving and analytical skills • Cybersecurity certifications a plus (CISM, CISSP, etc.) • Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
