📋 Description

• Support development of contract solutions to meet program needs • Work with ICF staff, clients, subcontractors, and project teams to determine project scope, budget forecasts, timesheets, scheduling, and deliverables • Manage the risk register and update the Risk Management Plan and quality assurance activities • Develop project work plans and determine resource requirements • Monitor project task expenses and keep them within the allotted budget • Monitor, plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities for on-time delivery • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements • Maintain accurate client communications and project documentation • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns • Track project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests, escalating items as needed • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, follow-ups, and project documentation for client and internal stakeholders • Assist with release coordination, implementation readiness, post-launch support, and lessons learned activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of project management experience • 3+ years of experience managing IT or software delivery projects with demonstrated accountability for schedule, budget, scope, and risk • 1+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects while coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and business stakeholders • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project experience a plus) • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident per federal contract requirements • Masters degree is preferred • PMP certification strongly preferred • Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches preferred • Spanish language fluency is a plus • Experience with vendors, subcontractors, or cross-functional delivery partners • Experience with proprietary platforms, SaaS solutions, system integrations, or configurable business applications • Experience working on federally funded disaster management, resilience, housing, infrastructure, or technology modernization programs • Ability to build subject matter expertise over time • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, follow-through, and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate across teams and clarify needs, priorities, and next steps • Client service orientation • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Comfort working with changing priorities and project needs
