📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve strategic business objectives • Support a financial retail banking client on a large volume of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects • Manage all areas of singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Direct project delivery teams by providing guidance and direction • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within related teams • Explain difficult or sensitive information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations • Pacific Time Zone work location • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
