📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and award through final delivery • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet or exceed customer expectations • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations • Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues • Coordinate internal teams and external entities for seamless execution • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders • Develop KPIs to monitor project performance and efficiency • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards • Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related leadership role • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects • Ability to appropriately manage multiple (~5) projects simultaneously • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites and client locations • Project Management Certificate (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) • Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology industries • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment • Experience implementing and using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance project efficiency • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts • Must be currently authorized to work in the applicable country on a full-time basis without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future
