📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account • Support a financial retail banking client on a large volume of projects • Manage HVAC, roofing, parking lot, and related real estate construction projects • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accurate, timely documentation • Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve project goals • Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply project management principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field is preferred • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in the Central Time Zone • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs • SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable
