📋 Description

• Join the Global PMO Office managing a mega-project and capex improvement portfolio • Administer and maintain the PMO's technology stack, including project management platforms, dashboards, and job cost systems • Keep data accurate and consistent across the client's portfolio • Maintain dashboards for cost, schedule, and risk • Provide weekly client status reports • Perform the data entry, validation, and change order processing that feeds weekly reports • Manage the risk register and escalation log • Manage governance meetings, Change Control Board sessions, and client calls • Oversee construction and disbursement schedules, including zoning approvals, certified surveys, and building permits • Apply standard principles and techniques/procedures to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share in-depth job knowledge • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with Primavera Unifier is beneficial • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
