📋 Description

• Prepare for and facilitate new TPA or employer client kickoff meetings for requirements gathering and discovery. • Assist clients with impact analysis to determine appropriate implementation requirements. • Document requirements in standard project templates and tools and obtain client approval before initiating builds. • Create and maintain high-level project plans. • Monitor project progress and report status, changes, requirements, and potential issues to management, subject matter experts, and clients using weekly status reports. • Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues through direct support or Navitus subject matter experts. • Provide go-live support through remote access or internal on-site access, including working January 1 and other non-business days as needed. • Facilitate post-implementation review meetings. • Support other client-related and internal department projects requiring project management services. • Travel to client sites as needed. • Lead and contribute toward team goals. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required. • Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy. • 2 years of experience client-facing management responsibilities in healthcare; PBM industry preferred. • Proven experience managing implementations. • Strong understanding of Commercial/Employer Groups. • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees. • Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming are not eligible for remote work.
