📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day project operations and coordinate cross-functional activities • Deliver work on time, on scope, and on budget while supporting client objectives • Translate project goals into clear plans, manage task execution and dependencies, and align stakeholders through communication and status reporting • Maintain accurate project documentation and proactively identify risks and issues • Assist with project financial management, including estimate development, burn tracking, scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop detailed project schedules and work plans • Allocate resources and monitor task completion • Manage operational tasks and track project progress • Coordinate team members to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines • Serve as the primary operational contact for timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and workflow coordination • Facilitate status meetings and provide project updates • Identify and assess risks and develop mitigation strategies with the manager • Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports • Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders • Monitor deliverables for quality and coordinate reviews and approvals • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and address concerns • Conduct daily or weekly team check-ins • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and action items • Track and update status in project management tools such as Wrike and Ziflow • Support fellow project management teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a Project Management role • Experience with pharmaceutical clients preferred • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools • Basic knowledge of digital media best practices • Basic knowledge of digital media, online advertising, digital analytics, conferences, print advertising, broadcast media, and campaign reporting/analysis • Strong time-management skills • Ability to motivate others and maintain poise and focus under pressure • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat • Experience in the media industry, preferably at a media agency • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Wrike, and Asana • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, and Trello • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to facilitate meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain project documentation • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Ability to identify project challenges and proactively develop solutions • Strong analytical skills • Experience working effectively in a team environment • Willingness to support and collaborate with cross-functional team members • Submit a resume and brief note outlining healthcare or media experience
