📋 Description

• Manage ATM deployment, upgrade, replacement, and branch technology projects throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and operational stakeholders • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved • Lead project meetings, status reviews, stakeholder communications, and reporting activities • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes • Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, testing, commissioning, and operational transition requirements • Oversee vendor performance and compliance with project requirements, standards, and service levels • Track project financial performance, forecasts, and budget status with project controls teams • Support procurement, contract administration, and resource coordination • Maintain project documentation in accordance with governance requirements • Provide project status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting • Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making • Promote continuous improvement and Turner & Townsend project management best practices • Build client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, technology deployments, banking infrastructure, or related fields • Experience managing ATM deployment, branch transformation, retail banking, technology rollout, or infrastructure projects is preferred • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed project teams • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred • Ability to comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities
